Seasons St. Thomas is a retirement home that will provide a wide spectrum of care options including independent retirement community living, independent supportive living, assisted living and memory care.  There will be extensive amenity spaces including an indoor walking track and beautifully landscaped gardens. Ideally located, Seasons St. Thomas is close to the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital, and is within walking distance to shopping and shuttle programs to tourist attractions such as the St. Thomas Port Stanley tourist rail line.

Memory Care

Opening in 2021! The memory care program at Seasons St. Thomas is specifically designed to care for seniors living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease in a dedicated, secure area within our residence. Memory care community residents receive specialized, AL care services. The Seasons Embrace Today™ memory care philosophy requires a deep understanding of who our residents are, so staff may adjust their interactions and respond with whatever is needed at the moment. Each of our trained service team members commits to approach the workday with a promise to do his or her best to make all interactions positive and meaningful, one moment at a time. We believe that when we have positive, authentic relationships among all care partners, it elevates person-centered care and makes it more meaningful.
